Massachusetts Sales And Use Tax Registration Certificate
If you plan to participate in any InterGem show taking place in Massachusetts, you must obtain a Colorado Special Event Sales Tax License (for single or multiple events) at least three (3) weeks in advance and register it with InterGem. Not completing one of those requirements can affect your participation in the show. If you arrive to the show without a license or if you have not registered your information with us, you can lose your location without refund and can be charged a significant violation fee imposed by the state.
