Colorado Special Event Sales Tax License Registration

If you plan to participate in any InterGem show taking place in Colorado, you must obtain a Colorado Special Event Sales Tax License (for single or multiple events) at least three (3) weeks in advance and register it with InterGem. Not completing one of those requirements can affect your participation in the show. If you arrive to the show without a license or if you have not registered your information with us, you can lose your location without refund and can be charged a significant violation fee imposed by the state.

Apply For A Colorado Special Event Sales Tax License

Use Colorado state’s secure online registration system to obtain a Colorado Special Event Sales Tax License (for single or multiple events.) Failing to receive a license can cause you to lose your booth without a refund and be charged a violation fee.

Don’t forget to register your certificate information with InterGem. Failing to register your certificate numbers can cause you to lose your location without a refund and be charged a violation fee.
